Automate Scheduling - Save a decision

Time is one of the biggest components of relevance that’s sorely overlooked. We should do more with regards to time. When we create systems to automate our lives , we should take care to actually help the ourselves make decisions and possibly gain time by freeing up the need to actively worry about scheduling tasks/reminding ourselves. We should automate scheduling tasks, automatically prompting or reminding users about upcoming events or important things that need to be taken care of. If we are able to predict the duration of a task, we can prompt the user with automated reminders or visual cues, when the user might have time to handle the task. The alternative is what happens now , a lot of manual reminder setting , dismissing , and then resetting of reminder. This adds a lot of cognitive load that could be minimized.
